James is available Mondays and Tuesdays in Qualicum at the Shock wave specialists clinic 177 W 2nd Ave, #4, Qualicum Beach. Erin is currently looking for a new office space in Qualicum for June 2025. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays Erin and James are available in Nanaimo at 755 Franklyn Street. There is a price difference for each location depending on over head fees.

Cancelation policy: More than 48 notice or changes to your appointment = no charge. Less than 48 notice = 50% cancelation fee. Less than 24 hours in advance = 100% of the treatment fee No show for appointments will be charged a full cancellation fee. In the case of illness, we offer a 4-hour grace period, after which the cancellation fee applies. Snow days have no cancelation fee.

We open our work schedule for bookings a month out on the last Monday of the month. Eg. Last Monday of January we open the month of March.
