Erin and James are available Mondays and Tuesdays in Qualicum at the Shock wave specialists clinic 177 W 2nd Ave, #4, Qualicum Beach. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays they are available in Nanaimo at 755 Franklyn Street.

If you are no longer able to make this appointment, please visit your Account page to cancel. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancelation policy: More than 48 notice or changes to your appointment = no charge. Less than 48 notice = 50% cancelation fee. Less than 24 hours in advance = 100% of the treatment fee No show for appointments will be charged a full cancellation fee. In the case of illness, we offer a 4-hour grace period, after which the cancellation fee applies. Snow days have no cancelation fee.

We open our work schedule for bookings a month out the last Monday of the month. Eg. Last Monday of January we open the month of March.
