Hi there, I’m Erin, I completed the 5 year curriculum with the Canadian School of Osteopathy in 2019 and successfully defended my thesis, Osteopathic treatments effect on General Anxiety Disorder in conjunction with registered clinical counselling. The CSO in-depth program specialized in cranial osteopathy, structural dysfunctions, and visceral (organs and their attachments) dysfunctions.

Prior to studying Osteopathy, I trained with the National Outdoor leadership School at the Yukon, Canada campus for their outdoor educator program in 2008. I then studied with the Psychosomatic Therapy College in Australia in 2008. I was then drawn to massage therapy and studied at the Massage Therapy School of Queensland in Australia in 2011. I returned to Canada and took the Upledger CranialSacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2 in 2013 and became a certified yoga teacher and meditation Instructor in 2014. I have worked as a massage therapist in various locations including Banff, Canmore, Cochrane and Australia.

My continued interest in the body’s working systems led me to study at the Canadian College of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Toronto then to the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practise in Vancouver.

I employ a number of treatment tools, depending on whom I am treating and what they are being treated for. I have training in scar tissue rehabilitation, craniosacral therapy, biodynamic osteopathy, yoga, meditation and psychosomatics and incorporate these into my treatment as well as provide these treatment styles exclusively if desired. I am passionate about supporting my clients in their health and wellness journey.

I’d be excited to work with you to optimize your movement and health.

In my free time I like to get outside to be in the mountains, the ocean, woods and permaculture gardening. To book with Erin 1(778) 268-2606 email: multidimensionalhealth@gmail.com
